Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Policy for all regular Services

 

Scenario Cancellation Policy Refund Policy
Customer cancels prior to service delivery Prior to service delivery, customer may request for cancellation by calling our Call Centre or through the online customer portal/ Mobile App. No cancellation charges will apply. If payment has been collected prior to service delivery, 100% refund will be made to the respective payment instrument used by the customer.
If payment is yet to be collected, there is no refund.
Click2Clinic initiates cancellation / rescheduling prior to service delivery.
Note: Click2Clinic will make all possible arrangements to deliver services at the scheduled time. In case we are unable to do so, we will request for a mutually agreeable time.
If the customer disagrees on the rescheduling then request for cancellation is confirmed. If payment has been collected, 100% refund will be made to the respective payment instrument used by the customer.
If payment is yet to be collected, there is no refund.

 

 

Customer cancels after service delivery has commenced.
Note: At the discretion of Click2Clinic, a customer can be denied services in cases where the customer cancels the service without any valid reason.
Partial Refund At the discretion of Click2Clinic, customer will be offered an option of partial refund.
If payment is yet to be collected, then the amount will be deducted from subsequent payment of the customer
Customer is dissatisfied with the service Not applicable At the discretion of Click2Clinic, customer may be offered an option of repeating the service.
Incorrect billing Not applicable If the bill is raised for a higher amount, then the excess amount will be made to the respective payment instrument used by the customer. If the bill is raised for a lesser amount, the customer will be requested to make the required payment.

 

Policy for Drugs:

The following additional conditions will apply for orders involving delivery of drugs.

  1. Return of cold chain products / injections / vaccines / specialty drugs will not be accepted.
  2. Return will be allowed within one week of purchase, original bill is mandatory.
  3. Return of bottles with broken seals, tubes, loose tablets and part of strips will not be accepted.
  4. Only exchange of goods will be allowed against drugs returned, no cash refund will be allowed.

The unadjusted money will be refunded.

Policy for Special Packages (Hospitals/Clinics/Diagnostics):

Refund is allowed only in case the package is cancelled before availing services.

Policy for Home Care – Doctors/Nurses/Physiotherapists:

Proportionate refund is given for the balance period / services not rendered, if the cancellation is requested during the service period/tenure at the discretion of Click2Clinic.

Mode of Refund
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment used at the time of booking the service.

Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallet Refund will be processed to the same account used at the time of payment. 7-10 business days
Cash on Delivery Bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer 7-10 business days
